To make Microsoft's organization less distant and faceless in the eyes of customers and job seekers

Insight

The house is filled with enthusiastic people who are passionate about their work. Microsoft wants to give them the stage for them.

Idea

"The Best in My Work" - When work is a passion, it is visible.

Execution

As “Connected” TV series, an intimate video concept whereby Microsoft employees show their personality and passion through their work and leisure activities.

Results

The results were quadruple compared to goals, the one-display price was 0.01 €, in top 3 of Microsoft's campaigns this year.
Three first videos had more than 450 000 viewers
